Below is a list of the sponsorships that are available for purchase from now through July 31, 2010. This list was updated on 2/26/10. Brochure Rack

Open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, this area of the Chamber is where many come to pick up a map, phone book, some brochures, or just some ideas about Siloam Springs. This lighted lobby welcomes anyone needing that information at any time. In this well lit location is a brochure rack with areas for advertising. A nice opportunity to promote your business to both new visitors to the community, or those who have lived here many years!

Gold Sponsorship Cost: $150 (four of ten available) Now only $50
  • Benefits: Ad placed in the rack and brochure placed in a prominent location in the rack, provided by the business and approved by Chamber staff.
The 36th Annual Dogwood Festival – April 23, 24 & 25, 2010

Held the weekend of the last Sunday in April each year, this premier event attracts more than 30,000 visitors to the community throughout the weekend. The festival offers over 200 arts and crafts booths, vendors, entertainment, food and fun for all ages.

KidZone Sponsorship Cost $2,500 (one available)
  • Benefits: Promoted in all advance publicity as event sponsor with a logo, recognized as sponsor on event signage on kiosks located throughout the Festival, and recognition in the newsletter.
Gold Sponsorship Cost $2,000 (four of six available)
  • Benefits: Promoted in all advance publicity as event sponsor with a logo, recognized on event signage on kiosks located throughout the Festival, listed on a sign at each booth, recognized in the newspaper and recognition in the newsletter.
Friday Night Concert Sponsorship Cost $1,500 (one available)
  • Benefits: Recognized in advance publicity with logo with opportunity for CEO to introduce the act, recognized as sponsor on event signage on kiosks located throughout the Festival, and recognition in the newsletter.
Saturday Night Concert Sponsorship Cost $1,500 (one available)
  • Benefits: Recognized in advance publicity with logo with opportunity for CEO to introduce the act, recognized as sponsor on event signage on kiosks located throughout the Festival, and recognition in the newsletter.
Silver Sponsorship Cost $750 (seven of eight available)
  • Benefits: Recognized as sponsor on event signage on kiosks located throughout the Festival, recognized in the newspaper and recognition in the newsletter.
Bronze Sponsorship Cost $500 (two of five available)
  • Benefits: Recognized in festival publications and the newsletter.
Entertainment Sponsorship Cost $250 (five of eight available)
  • Benefits: Recognized in the promotion of the entertainment lineup at the Festival on kiosks located throughout the Festival.
Handicap Parking Sponsorship Cost $250 (three available)
  • Benefits: Recognition on t-shirts with logo to be given to non-committee Volunteers working the Festival (approximately 90 shirts).
Blossom Sponsorship Cost $250 (11 of 12 available)
  • Benefits: Recognized in the newsletter.
"From Business For Business" Weekly Chamber Email

Sent out to the Chamber’s email list to more than 800 addresses each week, this weekly email informs the Chamber membership of Chamber news, business news, and community news. As a benefit of Chamber membership, only members may submit something to this email for a one-time run.

Gold Sponsorship Cost $125 (10 of 12 available - one per month)
  • Benefits: Receives recognition at the top of each weekly email for the selected month. Allowed to submit one item each week that month.
Honor Graduate Luncheon

Held the Thursday before Graduation in May each year, this luncheon serves to recognize and honor those Siloam Springs seniors who met the strict criteria to be honor graduates. Approximately 250 people attend, including business professionals, school board members, educators, local legislators and family and friends of the honor students. *Date may change due to change in graduation date.

Gold Sponsorship Cost $1,000 (four of six available)
  • Benefits: Receives recognition at the top of each weekly email for the selected month. Allowed to submit one item each week that month.
Silver Sponsorship Cost $500 (three of eight available)
  • Benefits: Recognition in publicity for the event recognized on event signage, acknowledgement from the podium, reserved seating, recognition in the event publication, recognition in the newsletter and one student sponsorship included.
Bronze Sponsorship Cost $350 (six of twelve available)
  • Benefits: Recognition in publicity for the event, recognition in the event publication, recognition in the newsletter and one student sponsorship included.
Student Sponsorship Cost $40 (8 of 30 available)
  • Benefits: Business recognition at the event as well as the duties of introducing the honor graduate and reading about their accomplishments and future plans.
Membership Packet

This packet is handed out to every business that is thinking about or has recently joined the Chamber. The Ambassador Club, as well as the Director of Membership and Public Relations, distributes this packet to over 500 businesses each year. It includes their membership plaque, a Community Guide, City Map, Community Profile, and the current Annual Report and Program of Work. A nice opportunity to promote your business to other businesses in Siloam Springs!

Student Sponsorship Cost $100 (Brochure included in packet) Now only $50 Limited to one per business category: Interested areas include, but are not limited to: employment agencies, childcare providers, banks, office supply stores, printing businesses, sign & banner companies, shirt printers, promotional item companies, advertising agencies, any media, etc.
  • Benefits: Promotion to new and existing businesses in the Siloam Springs area and promotional piece inside packet provided by company (approved by Chamber staff).

Website: We just have uploaded a new website, so what we had available last year has changed up. If you are interested, just let us know and we’ll talk about the possibilities and the discounted rate.

The main website for Internet surfers go to when looking at our area, www.siloamchamber.com. A new look with new pages was launched in January 2008, working towards making it the “go to” place for residents and visitors alike who are looking for information on Siloam Springs and the Chamber. Thousands of unique viewers visit the site monthly.
